This social media campaign was for the first large scale of gay Pride parade right after COVID pandemic. As a brand we want to help our community find the places they belong through Google map product features.
I was working within Google APAC brand studio team when this social media campaign came up. As a motion designer in the team, I worked closely with an art director- Julien Michel to animate and bring the campaign alive from initial pitching stage to the final piece.
There are three main social media components. Rewind (Brand owned social channel), Pride Tour (Influencer owned social channel) and Get Ready (Owned and partner channel). Working with the editor and the art director, my role here was to design and integrate the motion design system into the contents to make sure the graphics transition as well as the animation are smooth and legible on screen within the correct format.
